I am thoroughly annoyed that I spent valuable time making tiles that I have ordered from this site in the past. When I went to place my order, I discovered that while the tiles were on "sale" but the shipping charge was outrageous. As I previously mentioned, I've ordered the 8 x8 tiles from snapfish before so I do know that they are very light weight therefore shipping should not be so outrageous. See image below of my order. I supposedly saved $59.94 from the advertised sale, but shipping was jacked up to $47.94. Total joke. Can't justify this purchase. Will need to explore other options.
This company ruined my product which was reported to them and they refused to remedy the situation which is their fault. The customer 'support' dept. is useless especially that Sammy with his rotten attitude and dismissive chatters. Should have seen this earlier due to the other results to consider what runs this business. Will go to their competition from now on. The 1 star rating is too High!

I spent hours trying to create a photo book to send to the US (I am in AU). Even though I signed up on the US site, I was somehow re-routed to the AU site. I was told my project cannot actually ship to the US - from the US (transferring the project) or from AU. Customer service is impossible to reach - the chat doesn't work half the time and the phone line is horrific. They had no solutions to offer - which is especially disgusting considering they claim to be an "international" business. What a waste of time. Never using and highly suggest you go with a competitor.
THIS WEBSITE IS TERRIBLE....
twice I've ordered and gotten someone else's stuff added to my package.
also,
the coupon codes the offer almost NEVER work.
i was going to purchase 60 5x7 photos at $0.69 a piece and my TOTAL was 179.40?!?!?!?! how does that make any sense ????
i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
Be careful ordering larger prints. The website reduces resolution without warning, which might be fine for small things but is bad for larger prints.
I realised the website reduces resolution after the 1 hour cancellation window, so they printed it anyway and the result was not good.
I recommend finding a company with better reviews.
I put together a 140 page photobook and ordered 3 copies -- at a cost of over $400 for the group of 3. When the books arrived, I realized that I had made a mistake -- some of the text boxes had a colored background that obscured the photos that the text box overlapped. This was clearly my own mistake -- I should have noticed it when I reviewed the book before finalizing my order (just as Snapfish tells its customers). I texted with customer service and asked for a chance to redo the books because I did not realized that some of the text boxes had colored backgrounds. After escalating my request to a higher level of review, I was informed that I could reorder the entire set of 3 books (and keep the original discount that I had gotten on the books). I only had to pay for new shipping (a total of $21 for all three books). I corrected the mistake and got the new books promptly. I am a very happy customer indeed.
WHAT A SCAM! If you decide you’d like to cancel your membership, they make it VERY difficult to do so. It’s so easy to sign up, just do it on their app, but then when you want to cancel it’s an f’n multi step process! You MUST cancel on a desktop or laptop computer only, After you find the, very difficult to find, link to cancel, you are then given multiple pop ups and redirects asking you why and trying to convince you not to. THEN when you FINALLY cancel you get a message telling you that you will get an email from them with a link, and if you do Not click the link to confirm your cancellation, your account will NOT be cancelled. Ok, fine, i do yet ANOTHER step. I go to my email and there’s no mail from them. No mail in my junk folder. I refresh ALL DAY with no mail coming in for me to cancel my membership via their “required” final step. I call customer service. The first time, after saying why I am calling, it suddenly disconnects. The second time it disconnects again, but further into the call. Then it’s a series of back and forth emails of them telling me to do what I already did, me telling them I’ve already done it, and so on and so forth. The latest mail from them said that I should contact them, if I don’t get the email to confirm, by tomorrow. FFS, if your product was great you wouldn’t make it so difficult for people to back dafuq out of their membership!
I placed an order for my iPad photos which I paid for. Later in the evening I placed an order which took 3 hours for my phone photos. They then took money for the previous order again as well as the second order. Customer service refused to refund the money and would only give me 100 print credit. They kept rushing me and saying they would cut the chat. I will never use them and do not recommend them.
I have been using Snapfish for years, but their mail service has become horrible. I have had trouble getting my 2 orders already this year! My 2nd order from Jan 20th, I still don't have and now they are telling me expect them around Feb 16th. I will be using Shutterfly from now on.
Do NOT go through Snapfish for order pickup through walmart. Walmart was out of the envelopes (that i paid for but was never disclosed as not being available on snapfish). Snapfish would not take ownership since i picked up at walmart and walmart will not take ownership because i ordered through snapfish. It's not worth the headache. My advice is just order directly from where you are picking up, its probably cheaper anyways. I definitely think snapfish should have stepped up in this scenario since that is who i ordered through
I have happily used Snapfish for over 15 years to create photo books and prints. However, playing cards from Snapfish are not a good deal.
My dad is 90 and he loves to play cards several times a week. I created Snapfishs’ custom playing cards for everyone who came to my dad’s birthday gathering. Each deck had a different picture. I hoped we could all play with them together. The cards were kind of expensive at 24.99 a deck. In my opinion, that’s a lot for playing cards.
While the photo quality was great, the cards were frustrating to deal and very disappointing. They are not coated like a normal deck and so, they are “sticky”. They are hard to deal and shuffle. I experimented with one deck, coating it with cornstarch and with another deck I used a silicone spray to get them to be more slippery. After working with them a couple of days, neither deck is much better. These Snapfish cards are simply frustrating to play with. Sadly they will not be used for games.
Future buyers beware; Snapfish playing cards only value is to look at. They are not enjoyable to play with. I will not purchase these again. They are a poor value for the price. I hope Snapfish will consider improvements to this item. I recommend they using a good card manufacturer to produce coated playing cards. They should also post a clarification on this item so buyers are aware that the cards are not coated like normal playing cards.
I ordered 100 folded Christmas cards in late November. They arrived on time and looked nice, but the corners were bent because there was not enough bubble padding in the box. I contacted them immediately and the support lady was helpful. I actually worked with two people because my zip code was wrong with the first transaction. The second guy was nice too. I received another set very quickly. I know there are a lot of negative reviews out there, so I wanted to let people know I had a positive experience.
This used to be a good company. No more! They do not even have quality control checks anymore before they ship, then they act like you are lying when you call them about it. When they finally reship it, they use regular mail and it either takes forever or never gets to you. Christmas presents were printed wrong and they reshipped. Now they are lost in the USPS because Snapfish is too cheap to use a reputable shipping company. I asked them to put a tracer on the package, they refused. I will have to learn to use Shutterfly from now on.
